Return and Exchange Policy

If you have any questions about an item, sizing, fit or styling please feel free to ask! If something you purchase ends up not working out, you can return it for store credit and send it back to the following address:

Please email returns@anchorabella.com if you plan to return or exchange an item.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on any returns.

For items not purchased at Trendz Market or KC Garment District, returns/exchanges must be made directly through Anchora Bella Boutique. Please email or call us to discuss your return/exchange.

 

RETURN POLICY

ALL CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.
All swimwear items are final sale.
All bras and basics are final sale.
All gift cards are final sale.

Accessories include: leggings, undergarments, hair accessories, jewelry, hats, and scarves.

Items eligible for return MUST:

  • be in the same condition you received it, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
  • have original tags still attached
  • have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair or odors
  • received by Anchora Bella Boutique within 20 days of the original purchase date

Please include a copy of your invoice to receive a refund or store credit for the full amount you paid for the merchandise item (we will not issue refund/store credit for shipping costs, unless items are defective upon receipt). Please note your tracking number from your label.

If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then you will be responsible to call and pay the return shipping charge to get the item back in your possession. Anchora Bella Boutique will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After the 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.

 

REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be emailed notifying you of your refund or store credit.

Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive the return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process the refund or store credit.

 

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee the item you want will be in stock for an exchange. We recommend purchasing the item you are wanting when you see it and get a refund or store credit for your return.

 

DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS

If you have received an item with any problems, defects or damages, please contact us at info@anchorabella.com within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue.

Anchora Bella Boutique is not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
